What services do you provide?

We provide bookkeeping services and financial analysis services tailored to the needs of each business. Our bookkeeping services include QuickBooks setup, cleanup and catch-up work, along with ongoing monthly bookkeeping support.

We also help business owners better understand and use their financial information through budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, forensic accounting, valuation services, and customized Excel solutions. The goal is not just to keep your records organized, but to give you useful financial information that helps you make informed business decisions.

How does your pricing work?

Bookkeeping services are priced at a fixed monthly or project-based rate based on the scope of the work, so you’ll know what to expect before we get started.

Financial analysis projects are generally billed hourly. The rate depends on the complexity of the project and the level of expertise involved.

What do you need from me to get started?

For bookkeeping services, we’ll need access to your QuickBooks file, if you already have one, or copies of your most recent bank and credit card statements.

What we need for a financial analysis project will depend on what you’re trying to accomplish and the scope of the work. We’ll let you know exactly what information is needed after we discuss your goals.

How do we share documents securely?

We can create a secure Dropbox folder for you to use when sharing financial documents. We can also work through your preferred secure cloud-based platform, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or another approved file-sharing service.

Do you work with my CPA or replace them?

We work alongside your CPA—we do not replace them. Our role is to provide accurate, organized financial records that help your CPA work more efficiently and allow them to focus on tax planning and strategic advice.

What happens if my books are behind or messy?

You’re not alone. Many clients come to us because their books have fallen behind or their financial records are no longer giving them a clear picture of their business.

Our bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up service is designed to organize and correct your financial records. We’ll work with you to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible. There’s no judgment—just a clear plan for getting your books back on track.

Do I need to switch accounting software?

Not necessarily. We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, but we’re open to working with other accounting platforms.

We can review the system you’re currently using and help determine whether it still makes sense for your business or whether another accounting solution may be a better fit.
